Demerara Distillers

Demerara Distillers has an excellent reputation of more than 300 years of experience in the production of rum in the Republic of Guyana, South America.
Following a recent merger of several ancient and historic local distilleries, the stills, between continuous and discontinuous, used in the production of rum in this company are different, for example: the Double Wooden Pot Still (Versailles) gives a full-bodied and rich character of aromas; the Wooden Coffey Still (known as Enmore) guarantees fruity flavors and medium-bodied rum; the French Savalle Still (Albion) finally produces rums that vary from light to strong body.
Theirs are considered to be some of the best expressions of rum aged in the world, created in the tropical climate of Guyana.
