Descrizione

In Dom Pérignon’s Rosé version, it is pinot noir that takes center stage: supported by its ever-present “shoulder” Chardonnay, and partially vinified in red, pinot noir gives this reserve the tannic structure that characterizes its uniqueness.

10 years of aging on yeasts ennoble the structure of this Dom Pérignon defined as “paradoxical” by its creators because of the elements that make up its assemblage.

The result of a vintage, 2006, which was hot and dry for the most part, but where there was no shortage of discontinuity (muggy in July, cool/wet in August and hot in September) this rosé surprises with a bouquet of rare complexity, where it moves from spices and cocoa to fruity notes of dried fig and apricot and candied orange.

In a soft sensory jubilation, the rosé envelops your palate with an intensity and succulence that let you feel a lymphatic lightness and an iodized, saline vinosity. The noble tannin and crisp texture are perfectly balanced by the smoothness of the appropriate sugar dosage.

Endless dishes to tie it to, from sea to land…Enjoy!
