A profoundly Mediterranean gin, with a new character, inspired by the marvelous landscapes of the island of Capri, a wonder of the Mediterranean and of the world. This gin comes from classic Gin Mare with the addition of lemons and bergamots from the Sorrento peninsula.

Obtained from discontinuous distillation, carried out in an alembic of about 200 liters, Gin Mare is born by letting eight different botanical components macerate in neutral spirit of cereals and water for 24-48 hours separately, to then be expertly assembled: basil from Italy , thyme from Turkey, rosemary from Greece and the Arbequina olive, a typical cultivar from Catalonia. To all this are added the classic elements of Gin, such as juniper, coriander and cardamom. Citrus fruits are, on the other hand, macerated for a year.

Together all the unique and unusual organoleptic characteristics merge, to bring to mind the coasts of the Mediterranean and create excellent and tasty drinks.

At sight it is transparent and crystalline, the nose is citrus which then veers towards floral, an explosion of aromatic herbs and balsamic notes, even candied fruit. In the mouth the sip is captivating, and recalls the aromas perceptible to the nose, especially bergamot and lemon. Definitely elegant, fresh, savory, and thirst-quenching, with a green note on the finish of olive and rosemary.
