Coteaux Champenoise Rouge is the still red wine produced in the Champagne region, and the product of Henri Giraud is produced with only Pinot Noir grapes from the Grand Cru Ay.

The distinctive feature of the maison is precisely that of using only grapes from the single Grand Cru of Ay, where the cellar is located. Furthermore, since 2016, the producer has undertaken the exclusive use of wood and amphorae for the refinement of its wines.

This wine is fermented in oak barrels where it ages for about 15 months.

When tasted, the wine is bright ruby ​​red. On the nose it is elegant with hints of freshly picked red fruits, spicy notes and a touch of menthol. In the mouth you can perceive a mineral note, typical of the Ay territory, on the sip it is fresh and with a balanced tannin, long on the finish.

A wine where elegance reigns supreme, for this Pinot Noir produced in very limited quantities.
