La Spinetta’s Nebbiolo is a “summary” of the winery Barbaresco from Neive.

Humility and respect, and the desire to measure one’s own abilities, are the values on which the company philosophy is based. With an eye always turned towards the future, but attentive to tradition, the children carry on the legacy with skill and always with great respect for the territory, for the native vines, as demonstrated by the wines. The Rivetti brothers manage the plants with total respect, choosing an organic regime, low yields and thus harvesting the best grapes possible.

This Nebbiolo in particular is produced with grapes coming from vineyards in the municipality of Neive at around 230m above sea level, it ferments and ages for around 12 months in large exhausted barrels, second and third passage and a further 6 months in the bottle before being placed on the market.

When tasted, the wine has a brilliant ruby red color. The nose is broad and penetrating with hints of fresh fruit, blueberry jam, floral aromas reminiscent of violets and roses, and a light nuance of white pepper. In the mouth the wine is soft with delicate but persistent tannins, the sip is enveloping with a persistent finish.

An intense and harmonious wine produced according to tradition but which always knows how to surprise!
