The Pinot Noir from the Maso Martis winery is certainly a product worth trying, a fresh and velvety mountain wine.

Vineyards managed organically, with extreme attention both in the vineyard and in the cellar to all processes, including selection and manual harvesting. Soft pressing and the must remains in contact with the skins for a few hours to extract the color, then it is transferred to steel for fermentation. The wine is then bottled and left to rest on the yeasts for approximately 24-30 months.

When tasted, the wine has a delicate and brilliant rosé color, with a fine perlage. Red and wild berries explode on the nose, raspberry, currant and wild strawberry, accompanied by notes of dog rose and sweet almond, with classic pastry notes in the background. On the palate the wine is velvety on the sip and full-bodied, acidity and salinity play with each other and find a perfect balance, fresh sip, excellent drinkability and length in the final aftertaste.
