“Vintage” is the Dom Pérignon par excellence, the label that we inevitably associate with the maximum expression of Champagne and which, not surprisingly, bears the name of its legendary founder.

From one of the most excellent vintages ever for the Maison Dom Pérignon, comes this bottle in a special package: the “Legacy Edition“, which celebrates the passing of the baton from the historic chef de cave Richard Geoffroy to his right-hand man Vincent Chaperon.

After eight years of aging, an unusually long period even for this cuveè, it finally comes out on the market.

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, in balance between body and acidity.

On the nose a bouquet that flows into an explosion of white and orange flowers and citrus fruits, notes of stone fruit with white peach, followed by nuances of vegetal notes with the great freshness of anise and mint, final hints of toasting, wood and spices. The palate in balance with the nose, pure and lively, fruit prevailing accompanied by a marked acidity, finish with smoky notes.
