Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, in balance between body and acidity.

On the nose a bouquet that flows into an explosion of white and orange flowers and citrus fruits, apricot, followed by the vegetal notes of eucalyptus and mint and ending with spicy nuances of pepper, cardamom and liquorice stick. On the palate it attacks enveloping and ethereal, leaving a silky sensation and a notable savory trail accompanied by toasted notes.
