Organic viticulture and harvest with rigorous selection of grapes, wine faithful to the winery philosophy based on quality and exaltation of the typical characteristics of the territory. The fermentation of the wine is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts, while the maturation involves a passage in barriques for at least 18 months.

The color is bright ruby, broad and complex on the nose with aromas of red berry fruit, currants and cherries, nuances of sweet spices. The sip is juicy, full, with balsamic returns and long persistence. Good freshness.
