Syrah is a grape that has always been close to the heart of Virgilio Bisti, founder of Tua Rita, who used to say, ‘La Syrah, forever’. In addition to the traditional grapes, Virgilio decided to plant the Syrah, which he personally took care of, trying to integrate it perfectly with the territory, until he considered it ready for pure vinification. From the warm climate and terroir of the Tuscan Colline Metallifere of the Val di Cornia, this grape absorbs the soil-s particular mineral scents.

The wine moves in the glass with a ruby ​​red colour with garnet hues. The nose immediately releases the varietal aromas of the grape, red fruits, vanilla, black pepper and liquorice against a background of toasted notes. In the mouth it is soft and warm, with silky and sweet tannins; the significant alcoholic note is perfectly balanced, and there is also good persistence. The aftertaste alternates between notes of cassis and liquorice. An elegant, captivating and powerful wine that you cannot say no to.
