Les Pierrières by Ulysse Collin is a champagne produced with pure Chardonnay grapes, using carefully selected grapes from vines over 40 years old.

The wines are vinified exclusively in wood, then refined on the yeasts for a period of approximately 4 years, disgorgement takes place and is dosed in Extra Brut, very low specifically to enhance the terroir of origin.

When tasted, the wine in the glass has a golden color, with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose notes of fruit, especially citrus fruits and mentholated hints, accompanied on the finish by a touch of pastry. In the mouth it is juicy and lively, the sip is rich with hints of fruit and citrus fruits. Very mineral and very long finish.
